Our family trays = 6 abbondante portions leaving lots of leftovers which can easily be frozen. Lasagna will be delivered chilled, to be heated before your celebration, tiramisu is kept in the fridge while focacce are extra-special warmed for 5 minutes in a hot oven just before dinner.
